I was looking for months to put my 1 1/2 year old in daycare and found this place which was pricier than I wanted, but had an opening. When I started taking him, he was crying at first and then would get used to it and be happy after I dropped him off. When he was moved from one class to another, then the bad behavior started. He started biting and hitting kids because they were doing it to him. Towards the end, he would come home with a bruise near his eye and back and ribs and with bite marks on his arm. They even lied to my husband saying the bruise on his face is because he slept on a toy. What a bunch of liar! No report filed that day. The bruise took a week to go away. He would always look exhausted and dark circles forming under his eyes like he wouldn’t sleep well. When I would take his shoes off, his socks would be covered in dirt like if he had been playing without shoes outside! I was done and pulled him out. I found a relative that started caring for him and my newborn baby. I want nothing to do with these people. Especially when Lexi got in charge as the director, everything went downhill. She looks too young and is very inexperienced and always has a face like she doesn’t care and she wouldn’t act upon the suggestions and concerns I voiced before I left. One more thing, when they moved him to another class, they wanted to charge me the 2 year old pricing without talking to me first. He wasn’t even 2 yet! They just want your money.
