Very disappointed and dissatisfied. They smile in your face but my kid came home saying things that I never say to him. Things like “that’s bad, you’re bad!!”, “no sorry” (she didn’t accept my child’s apology for spilling his drink) And “ mommy’s not coming”(during nap time). When I spoke to the director about it she defended her employee (Elaine) saying things like “that didn’t Happen” and “your kid didn’t cry that long” (my child cried for over an hour, without any comfort or compassion on his first day of preschool) instead of listening to my concerns. I told them from the beginning I was apprehensive about placing my child in preschool because he’s a covid baby and he’s got a speech impediment. This place confirms my fear that they don’t care about the children and they are there for a paycheck. To top it off, the director “accidentally “ sent me a text talking about me. As if my concerns about the treatment of my child is funny she texted me “your bestie is coming. Kill her with kindness “ when I went to pickup my sons things. Super unprofessional.
