This place is the worst! I agree with the "unhappymommy" - the kids here have nothing to do daily to keep them occupied. The staff ARE over worked and exhausted and to be honest they can barely keep them hired (such a high turn around rate). I recently had an issue and was told by a staff member that they'd get fired if they gave any contact info for the upper management team. I was floored! Who else was I supposed to turn to if there was an issue that needed to be resolved? Please don't waste your time with these folks! Find a facility that will truly care for your children.
This daycare only appeared to be friendly when I was touring the facility. Children in the school age room appeared to be noted to death. Apparently there were no activities to keep the children occupied. I even heard one child say "I hate coming here." The employees looked very over worked and exhausted. What really made me refuse to enroll my children. Is when I came to return the application, the director was screaming at the kids not acceptable. 1-10 this place deserves a 0. I feel bad for the families who entrust this place with their children.
