We were really looking forward to a great experience enrolling our first child into this daycare, only to be let down. The staff was really friendly when we initially toured the facility but when our child began to attend things appeared to be disorganized. The first day, our four month old came home with a leftover wipe in his dirty diaper and almost an entire pack of diapers missing from his diaper bag. The next day, another child bit him in the middle of his face while he was strapped into a chair. When we brought him home, he was wearing some other kids diaper that was two sizes too small! How can you be so careless with infants? This is very concerning and the staff never really introduced themselves or wore name badges so we didn’t really know our child’s caretakers by name. Also, it didn’t appear that there was much tummy time spent with the infants for their development. Looks like they are left in cribs or chairs for most of the day. It’s really upsetting as a new parent to go through this and I pray that the quality of most daycares is better than this.
HORRIBLE ENVIROMENT. Staff is always on there phone, never paying attention to the care of the children, NEVER greeted. my child can never tell me anything they learned and they only watch tv and play with the toys there. No bible lessons or anything
If I could have given a zero I would have. The environment in its entirety is very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Me or my child are NEVER greeted upon drop off OR pick up. I can count on my hands the number of times the 'teachers' (who's names I do NOT know because they NEVER introduced themselves to me) were NOT on their cell phones. I figured that since it was a Christian daycare it would be ideal. Boy was I wrong! My child couldn't tell me anything that was learned besides "I watched TV". I'm thinking that TV may have been the highlight of my child's day and that I'd hear at least a song....NOTHING. We never signed in OR out, my I.D. was never checked. These people were borderline rude and their mannerisms were far from Christians. The only bible lessons my child told me about or prayers learned came from me. My very first Christian daycare experience and my Worst daycare experience BY FAR. I have an older daughter and have NEVER dealt with this type of behavior or the lack thereof. NO REFERRALS FROM ME.
