Description: Sonshine School is a christian childcare center offering Kid’s Day Out and Preschool programs. We are located in Overland Park, Kansas, part of the Kansas City Metroplex in Johnson County. We provide a secure, loving and relaxing atmosphere where children can actively learn and ”Grow in the Son”. Sonshine School is a licensed childcare by the State of Kansas and have been caring for children since 1973. Our current program directors have been overseeing this school since 1985. At Sonshine School, we seek to “Glorify God by caring for young children as they actively learn and grow.” We believe that children are active learners and learn best from activities they help plan and carry out. We provide children with a variety of hands-on experiences to develop their senses.
