About the Provider

The Socorro Cooperative Nursery School offers an opportunity for parents to participate in their children's nursery school experience. Children attend a 1/2 day morning session. Because of the diverse interests and backgrounds of our members, we are able to expose the children to a wide variety of activities in areas such as art, music, science, nature, body movement and cooking. Field trips are also an exciting part of our program. Our classroom is rich in materials designed to develop the children's problem-solving and exploratory skills. A trained teacher provides continuity and direction to the program and guides the children towards well-developed social skills.
