Description: Snell’s is the oldest privately owned pre-kindergarten school in California. We have been serving Stockton and surrounding communities since our first class graduated in 1907. We have been a family tradition for many and a must for those who have wanted educational excellence and a joyous learning experience for their children. Snell’s Pre-Kindergarten combines old-fashioned values, new ideas, and skills for the challenges children and parents face in the 21st Century. We work with the individual youngster to facilitate and expand his/her learning capabilities. We keep abreast of the necessary academic skills needed upon entering Kindergarten, and still maintain a high priority for each unique child to understand and learn the life skills needed to become a good and happy productive citizen.

I can't say enough about the experience my two children have had at Snells. If you are looking for the a preschool that will nurture your child and help them grow not just academically but socially, then this is the place you are looking for. Miss Jo and her team of teachers take the time to ensure that parents and more importantly students feel like Snells is a welcoming place. I love that learning happens through music, movement, exploration, and hands-on learning.
