If i could have given them 0 stars i would have! My child was biten 5 times hard enough for bruising & scratched in the face in a 4 week period! I spoke with the owner to express my concern and nothing was done! I pulled her out after the 5th "incident" the only explaination i ever got was "we have talked to the childs parents" well obviously your meathods dont work. Now my child is terrified of other children & at her new daycare plays alone in a corner. Its sad that their arent rules implimented here that allow a child only a certain amout of times for hurting other children before being removed. I understand things happen, shes 2, they bite sometimes but 5 times is just crazy.
