Description: Our beginning: October 1992 Small Wonders Daycare opened its doors with an enrollment of 2 children. By the end of the first year the enrollment increased to three preschool classrooms. We now have one infant unit, three toddler units, five preschool age units and one school age unit, with an enrollment of 131 children.
Currently we are licensed for 131 children from the ages of 2 weeks to 12 years. As a leading provider of child care services, we take pride in the loving care we offer all of the children in our program. We are dedicated to serving the needs of our families each and every day.
At Small Wonders Preschool located in the Midway Baptist Church, we are a nonprofit ministry of the church. We provide a quality education learning experience for each and every child in our care. We utilize a developmentally age appropriate preschool curriculum titled "Wee Learn". Academics though are not the only focus of our program. Our goal is to provide a christian program through our curriculum and learning activities that will stimulate the spiritual, emotional, physical, social, creative, and cognitive development of the children.
Our staff members are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise. They are committed to working with each child's family to insure a positive learning experience for every child in their classroom.
