Mission: The mission of Skyline Education is to provide each student and family within the Skyline network of schools with high quality college preparatory educational programs and services designed to stimulate life-long learning while developing character through academics, athletics and the arts.

Vision: To encourage academics, arts and athletics to all students.

Philosophy: Skyline Education, Inc was founded on the premise that all students can be successful in higher education. Student mastery will be achieved through scientifically-based and content rich curriculum that imparts core knowledge and essential learning skills. In order to achieve academic excellence, our program must also have a specific focus on character development through academics, athletics, and the arts. Combining the constant focus on character development and academic excellence will lead our students to be prepared for the challenges that lie ahead in education and in life.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were found at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 5/29/2025 and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Written Documentation is required to be submitted through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of the receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1) Ensuring all staff submit DCS clearance applications through the DCS portal that was effective August 2024, and 2) License Anniversary fee due by 7/31/25. ***Please submit the following: Documentation of Staff #2 and #3's DCS clearance, when obtained. There were 4 staff files reviewed. 4 of the 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were found at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 6/14/2024, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Name of Compliance Officer: Jennifer Flicker The Written Documentation is required to be submitted through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of the receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed, but is not limited to: *Obtaining Staff #2's DCS clearance results. Has been submitted twice and still awaiting results from DCS, *Submitting a Copy of Approved fire inspection, when obtained, *Submitting a Copy of annual Gas Inspection, when obtained, and *The Empower program is no longer subsidizing the fee. There were 4 staff files reviewed. 4 of the 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Empower Assessment was completed at the time of the inspection.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the compliance inspection conducted on June 16 2023, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Compliance Officer #1: Jennifer Flicker, Lead Compliance Officer Compliance Officer #2: Monika Jones, Second Compliance Officer Three fingerprint clearance cards were verified through the DPS website during the inspection. Please complete the Plan of Corrections on the Licensing portal within 10 days of receiving this Statement of Deficiencies. The Empower Survey was completed during the inspection. The following were discussed with the provider but not limited to: *Bathroom storage, and *Medication permission forms.
