About the Provider
Shining Wonders Preschool is an early childhood program located in the Eastondale section of Easton, Massachusetts. It is set in a cozy one-level building built in 1931 that once housed the Eastondale Post Office, a variety store, a ceramic studio, and a piano studio. The program’s philosophy centers on the innate and infinite possibility that is inherent in the wonder of each child. The belief that each child shines in his or her own light and is enriched by the surrounding positive environment provided by dedicated teachers and a curriculum that fosters the many intelligences of the individual. The discovery-oriented, open-ended, and hands-on activities are intended to call attention to all developmental areas including verbal, visual, motor, critical thinking, self-help, and social skills. Our bright, clean, two-room schoolhouse is designed to provide a variety of fun and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities in a setting of mixed age groups, serving children 3 years to 6 years and offering a vareity of different enrollment schedules.
