Facility will not inform you on who the owner is, owner stole my money and refuses to return it and does not operate financials with CYFD of New Mexico as supposed to per contract (makes you pay the cost even though they already get paid by the state) Takes from needy families and is 100% not certified or experienced with special needs children as lead on to be. Punishes and discipline’s special needs children. Put violent or and bully kids in room with infants. This facility really need a new safety and protocol and contract inspections.
