About the Provider
Shining Light Christian Preschool was founded by me, Lois Weaver in 2005. We are located at Real Life Christian Church in Bend.
My family and I moved to Bend in 2004; before then I was a lifelong resident of Idaho! I completed my schooling in 2000 at Boise State University where I received a Bachelors of Applied Science degree in Child Care and Development.
After graduation I had an in-home preschool program for 2 to 5 year olds and then taught preschool to 4-5 year olds at a daycare in Idaho. For 5 years I also taught Sunday School! After spending 3 years at home raising my 3 girls I decided it was time to start my dream of teaching at my own Christian preschool! I am so excited to be able to teach your children!
