I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has been at Shiloh for 4 years and I would not take them to any other child care center! The staff are very friendly. My child has learned so much at Shiloh. He completely LOVES his teacher Ms Brittany! Mrs Ethel is such a sweetheart. Ms Ashleigh is very attentive and loving. You can tell she really loves each one of the children and has their best interest at heart. Ms Jonelle is a great teacher. My child learned a lot being with her.

For the person that wrote the previous comment, if your child is who I am thinking, your son is uncontrollable. Even by you. I had walked in several times and the child was running from teachers and even his parents. I had witnessed him kicking at teachers and screaming at them. I have witnessed the parents interacting with him and he would act the same way towards them.

I look forward to the new building!

One star is harsh, but it is owed. This daycare is unorganized and the staff could stand to be a little nicer to the children. after all they are kids. Life is about having fun when your four. The director is unreliable. I can hear the teachers yelling at the kids age 3 to 5 when I walk to the door. my son has also told me he was not allowed to eat a snack that I sent in his lunch. I am the parent not his daycare teacher. What my son eats for his lunch is no ones business but my own. They also place your misbehaving older children in highchairs as a punishment. this to me is unacceptable. So your strapping my 4 year old child to a highchair because your lazy. my child could easily tip the chair over and fall from it causing any kind of damage to him. Over all FIND A DIFFERNT DAYCARE.
