| Findings: Specialist observed a lighter located on the table of one of the day care rooms. A school age child was sitting at the table where the specialist observed the lighter. The provider removed the lighter during the inspection. The specialist observed a fan sitting on the floor in the living room ( a room frequented by children) that was on and blowing. The fan could cause a potential injury to a child if their fingers were to get caught in the fan blade. Specialist observed 2 sockets that did not have socket covers. | |||
