I was told to call this headstart program it seem to be ok but once I faxed over paperwork and ID once they got it probably seen the color of our skin then changed there mind about letting my child attend there headstart program.After faxing over paperwork and being told they would get back to me with updates I been emailing and haven't got one reply yet not even a call back saying anything. I have to keep calling the lady say there computer system is down couldn't give me any information until there IT team fix the computer I work and IT is at my job it don't take them guys long to resolve PC issues unless you been hacked.One thing for sure if my child was white and living in a white neighborhood he would of been Greeted with a smile the very next day. Very bad experience I think I just hold off with putting him in headstart.
