my child attended thi center for a total of three months. Initally due to the convience of the center it seemed to be perfect. But november 5 th when I came to pick up my child she was not there... and no one there could tell me where she was... they were completely unaware that they left her at school... the school neglected to call and tell me that the center left her there...however I entrusted this center with the safe transportation of my child to and from school and it is there policy and responsibilty not to leave the school without my child or knowing her whereabouts after all she is only six years old... I live in a bad neighbor hood and I cant phanthom the thought of my child walking home from school because she was not picked up. But thankfully for them she was still at school...Sad to say but they were very unapollogetic about the situation as if it was not a big deal... and the woman responsible for picking my child up from school just so happens to be the sister of the director of the center...needless to say my complaining only got me a two weeks notice to find my child another center...I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHAKER BLVD. EDUCATIONAL CENTER TO ANY ONE WHO CARES ABOUT THE SAFTEY OF THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN
