I’m only giving Shanana two stars due to her unprofessionalism. When enrolling your child, MAKE SURE to receive RECEIPTS for the money you have paid her to enroll. Make sure to get her Employee Identification Number also upon registration because when tax season comes along she will not provide it and therefore, you will not receive credit for childcare expenses. I asked her many times and called her many times for the information she she ignored the situation. Also upon, retrieving my child from daycare, I gave her my two weeks notice to which she claimed a deposit was not paid for and would not provide those last two weeks of child care for. She was rude and failed to provide receipts for ALL the payments that were made to her. I do not recommend using her child care. UNLESS you collect a receipt from her each and EVERY time a payment is made to her SPECIALLY if it was done in CASH. I am angry and disappointed. Do not recommend.
