In the facility, a caregiver had an interaction with a child which resulted in the child receiving an injury.
Correction verified by the licensor: On 08/06/2024, the licensor verified that the director ensured interactions with children do not include corporal punishment or any action that produces physical pain or discomfort including hitting, spanking, shaking, biting, or pinching as stated in rule.
