The 2 stars aren't for the teachers (they're great) but for managment and the directors. I have consistently seen them berate and harass teachers (especially from the Assistant Director named Jennifer). When my child was attending, there was constant turnover due to this harassment. This caused me to feel uncomfortable due to the constant changing faces but this was the only place nearby. Anette and steve do the bare minimum and view your child more as an asset to there daycare than a child to be cared for.
