I am a first time mom (read: over protective and a little paranoid) and I could not be more grateful for having found Miss Lori to care for my little girl. Lori loves kids and it shows. She has daily routines for all her kids that include story time, learning about letters, shapes, and colors, and lots of play time. The TV only comes on when it's rainy, not on a daily basis. Her home is well kept and safe, with the back play area fenced in. She is flexible and reasonable about times as long as we communicate with her about our needs. Lori keeps a notebook tracking feedings, dirty diapers, and activities for my little one so I always feel in the loop. My daughter started at 4 months old and has been included in craft and story time from the beginning! Lori finds a way to adjust all activities to an age appropriate level. She is affordable and fair, with a clear contract and policies so there are no questions about cost, etc. All this and MOST importantly, my daughter, now 10 months, is happy to see Miss Lori everyday. She LOVES Lori and her time there, and her happiness and health are a testament to Lori's excellent care. We are planning to move and the single biggest obstacle to making our decision was knowing we will have to leave Lori. I never believed I would be able to trust someone else to care for my little girl, but I trust Miss Lori without question.
