Three of my children went to this afterschool program and I was very pleased. It was convenient and a load off my mind to know that they were someplace familiar. Since it is a typical after-school program in their school cafeteria, it is nothing "outstanding" - just kids coming in at the end of their school day- hungry and "beat," but the staff has always been helpful and accomodating. I have always felt that they use good sense in giving the kids opportunites to go outside, get homework done, play games that help them learn to get along, and keep kids of generally the same age together when necessary, but not constantly. They have a variety of activities that they enjoy and can learn from. After school snack choices are healthy for most part, but still allow for occasional treats. Overall, it has been a structured and well balanced program and I feel that if there is ever a concern with any of my children, the staff has communicated and worked to resolve it.
