I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son was attending this home day care for a total of 18 months since he was 7 months. Due to covid I kept my son home for the first 6 months of his life. We interviewed Saroja and felt comfortable and confident with her line of work. On 12/3/2021 an investigator from CPS conducted an investigation where he interviewed children and staff at her daycare where 6 kids were named as being physically abused, my son being one of them. She reported this information to me at the end of the day while picking up my son. She invited me in her house and stated that she has never hurt any of the kids and she believed that one of the former teachers made the allegations due to a recent separation or employment with her home daycare. I left that evening feeling confident that these were all false allegations due to her sincerity. The following day I was contacted by a former teacher as well as a still employed teacher in regards to the events happening at this home daycare. I was presented with disturbing video footage of my son being strapped down to an infant bouncer while being jerked around by his left arm. He was them unstrapped and dragged to the floor by the same arm. In another video my son was sitting in a high chair INSIDE a restroom with the lights OFF. In this same video my son had a very noticeable red mark on his cheek which later presented itself as a scratch. I have pictures where my son has a blood shot red ear where she allegedly grab my son by his ear. On the following day I took my son to Cooks Children Emergency Department where he was assessed by doctors and social services. A police report was made as well as a CPS report. Also, this daycare has a capacity of 12 children, she had 17. During her inspections she would ask a teacher to take out children to not exceed her limit. This daycare continues to be open. About 8 children have been taken out of this harmful daycare.
