Parents who have their kids at Santana family’s home daycare beware your child might be in danger.
My daughter was neglected due to the lack of staff. You might not know but they are unable to provide care to the kids because they don’t have any one who can prepare the meals and activities. The daycare is run by a lady, by the name of Belkys, her daughter who is 21 (doesn’t know anything about kids) and a lady that leaves at 5 pm, before the time of pick up ( 18:00) beware and find out more about your daycare. This people are in the business of making money not about the passionate act of taking care of a child.
My child had 2-3 accidents where she bump her head, and the response was that they were to busy to watch over her. I’m passing this information so that you don’t make the mistake of enrolling your child is this horrible daycare.
