Hello and thanks for visiting my page. The down side of having pages like this is that ex disgruntled customers can retaliate and ruin your name by making an erroneous review like the one above. All I'll say is that I had to terminate this clients contract because she was a very rude person and she intimidated the other parents. She just simply wasn't a good fit.
