Plan: On May 15, 2024, I had important discussions with three families regarding violations of established policies. These violations included altering their schedules without obtaining prior approval, with one family also falling behind on their monthly co-payment. Consequently, I informed all families that they would need to secure alternative childcare arrangements by June 1, 2024, as their actions were causing compliance issues with our ratio requirements. This conversation led to one family filing a formal complaint. As of Jun 1, 2024, the enrollment of all three families has been terminated, and Tiny Blossom's Childcare currently serves six children. Moving forward, any family that changes their work schedule without prior verification of our ability to accommodate the new schedule will face immediate termination of services. |
