Description: Sunshine Early Childhood Center was first opened as Sunshine School in April, 1947. at that time, there was one building, 12 students, and five staff members. The school was formed primarily to serve school age children with Cerebral Palsy. In later years, another large building containing a medical therapy unit was addEducation Student population expanded to include other severe disabilities in children ages 3 to 22.
