This daycare is has vey high expections that ae not deemed appropriate for toddlers. The owner stated that they have a strict behavior policy; however toddlers will make mistakes and need redirection. She considers toddlers "name calling" as "Severe behavior", which is typical for toddlers to do. As a parent that works in the school system and mental health field, her goals are more suitable for the elementary school setting versus a daycare. A parent or potential parent should be notified of any concerns on the day it occured!
I lover to work with kids I hope you have some opening
