RCC is a fantastic daycare/Pre-K and one I highly recommend. I do not agree one bit with the previous reviewer. My child is currently in the school (the same time the other post was made) and I have the utmost confidence in the ability of each and every staff member. My 4 year old has been very well cared for and blossomed so much since joining RCC. Every scrape and bump has been reported and documented. We receive daily feedback from the teachers about her day.
I personally witnessed one of the most well choreographed and unplanned fire drills. The obviously well trained staff members instantly knew how to handle the situation with control. The children were not alarmed and everyone was safe. Safety procedures are well documented and know to everyone. The staff functions as a very well oiled machine - one that always has the best interests of the children first.
I have never once questioned bringing my daughter there but only question why I didn't do it sooner.
