My child was very unhappy at this establishment. I observed many things while my child was had attendance here. Other parents walking across the infant mat to get to the other room. One teacher with more than six children. Too many incident reports of my child getting hurt.
I have been working at and sending my children to Rose Child Care, LLC. for 6 years now. I still Love coming to work every day as well as my children Love getting to come and see their friends and Teachers. :) It is an Amazing work environment as well as being a wonderful play / learning environment for the children. I recommend it all around! :)
Happy children who don't want to leave is what I see at this center. My son always runs to the playing castle and plays with his friends. The teachers are very nice and friendly, I know when I leave my son will be taken care of and will make some crafts and have fun. I like the records of his daily routine, I can always be aware of what he ate and how much he slept, what he did. I'm so glad he goes to this school.
I sent my three kids to this very loving child care of course ;)

Rose Child Care is INCREDIBLE!!! They have warm, friendly, and knowledgable staff. My son is excelling in kindergarten and I am positive it is because of his time at Rose Child Care. Each day my sone was eager to go to school with Mr. Joe and Mrs. Micha. Words cannot express the peace of mind in knowing your child is loved and cared for when you are at work. I am not sure about the prior comment with a billing issue, I have never had an issues with billing. Joe Rose is detailed and ethical. I highly recommend Rose Child Care, they have an incredible school. Keep up the good work Joe Rose and Mrs. Micha!
Rose Child Care is an excellent organization. They have a warm, friendly, and knowledgable staff. I have only had good experiences with them. My son even asks if he can visit Mr. Joe on Saturday. I can not tell you the incredible peace of mind it brings me to know my child is loved and feels happy and safe when I am at work. I am totally confused with the other parent's comment about their billing issue. I have never had any billing issues at Rose Child Care. Joe Rose is a solid leader at the heart of this organization. I would highly recommend Rose Child Care to anyone looking for excellent and professional childcare in the Tallahassee area. Keep up the good work Rose Child Care.
We were happy with our child's teacher but had a very negative experience w/ the owner Mr. Rose, more than there is space to cover here. We had issues w/our payments being lost & then charged late fees when we paid early, incorrect billing, lost payments for fund raiser (was drug out for months, were told we were given the items when we were not, then told we never placed an order, then told they found our money order, then once we received it an item was missing, when asked we were told they knew there was an item missing, finally we received a check made out to our 1 year old). We looked past these issues so we didn't have to move our son to a teacher he didn't know. Our son was hourly & for nearly every month for a year he was there Mr. Rose insisted we pay more than the hours he actually attended for the purpose of billing being easier so we complied; it was set the same every month regardless of fluctuation (him being there several days to a week less multiple times but we paid anyway). Our schedule changed from 3 days/wk to 4 days/wk. Mr Rose was notified that he would be 4 days/wk although what days specifically we had not yet worked out. He said with that amount of time it was cheaper to pay the full time $750 & we could come at any time M-F during open hrs. We started bringing him the beginning of that following month 4 days/wk; 2 months go by & we continued to receive a bill showing a lower amount as if he was 3 days/wk although we check in on a computer, we pointed out we owed more $, then received 3 months of invoices going back showing we owed $ from prior to going full time. We had at that point paid the full time amount for 2 months and over paid hourly nearly every month prior. We again had to take time away from work to fix an error in which Mr. Rose refused to listen to our side or any reason. He stated he had gone through all accounts & there were 20 or so invoices put out highlighted showing parents had amounts due. He said it was our fault it wasn't adjusted since we didn't fill out a form that when he was notified told us nothing of & the form he mentioned was for children there part time and we were told he could come at any time for $750. So we said we intended on leaving on a set date & did not agree, although the amount was small we were tired of the issues. We received multiple invoices in a short time & emails saying we were past due. We called Mr. Rose & he said he was running errands & would return our call but never did. My wife saw Mr Rose but had children w/her & chose not to interact with him. We then paid the full amount & planned on going thru until the date we had given & then days later received a notice that our services would be suspended over $77 although we paid $750. When trying to explain to Mr. Rose that it made no sense for services we paid for to be suspended & went over the math showing him even if he deducted the amount finally cleared up months later that he decided we owed that we still paid him for services we were being refused-by several hundred dollars. He said he was not a "financial budget person" but provides child care. He has multiple times said he didn't get our notes or messages. We explained that we spoke w/him. He stated he was sorry he took our money but there was nothing he could do. He said he couldn't pay his staff to be there if parents didn't pay tuition, we told him we understood that but what about the $750 he was paid for a child who was not there because of refusal. He said he didn't know what to say. We filed a claim w/ BBB he provided invoices but conveniently left off the incorrect things we had been given by him. He also stated he didn't have record of losing our payments & has no record of the fund raiser issues, that we were basing our complaint on "feelings" and not what he had record of. Apparently if its not in his computer of misinformation-it didn't happen. Please take your child else where to save yourself this frustration.
