If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin with this place. First it started with her taking my kids to SEVERAL different houses. I confronted her about not telling me and she lies and says she told me but she didn’t tell me until I was knocking on the door looking for my kids. She has a ring camera that alerted her I was there and texted me at that moment saying they were at a different location. I texted her my schedule 2 weeks in advance and she agreed to it. The day of, 30 min prior to the time I’m supposed to pick them up, she text me basically asking where am I that she can’t watch the kids. I send her the screenshot of the time it says I would pick them up and she says “yes, I know how to read” . Didn’t apologize. This was her comeback. And to top it off she NEVER mentioned to me that a male lives at the address that my kids are being watched at. I feel should’ve been mentioned to me . Wouldn’t recommend. Literally the WORST daycare i can ever imagine putting my kids in. My kids was taken out the same day this happened.
