I’ve been employed at Room to Bloom Daycare and Preschool nearing 9 years. My 14 month old also attends this daycare. I have loved being here and trust all staff with my child. Great staff and amazing boss who treats us all like family and is amazing! Most of our staff have been here 6 plus years. A few over 10 years!! We have an amazing preschool teacher who will get your children ready for Kindergarten. I am so thankful to of found this center to work at but also have my child go through!!
I have a few different complaints with this daycare, first and foremost the complete lack of communication from staff, you never know what/how your child is doing throughout the day. My child cried everyday he was dropped off, and was always extremely hungry and thirsty when he was picked up, you are required to provide a lunch for your child everyday, and on one occasion told me that he didn't eat, I quickly looked in his lunch box and found everything that I had packed to be untouched, Immediately called the facility and was hung up on by the owner. This is just one of the horrible things we experienced during our time using this provider. Absolutely do not recommend.
