| Findings: The above ground pool located in the backyard of the home is surrounded by a four foot chain link fence, using the house as one of the four sides of the "fence". There is no alarm on the back door of the home's "furnace room" that leads into the pool area within the fence. The gate of the chain link fence is not self-closing or self-latching and it is not secured. No floating sensor was observed. The chain link fence's gate must be self-latching and self-closing and have a pad lock on it to secure it. The outside door leading into the pool area from the home must have an alarm on it.
