Noncompliance Area: Children were left alone in the home on 11-21-17 at approximately 7:55 am, this writer witnessed the provider at the bus stop awaiting the bus. Staff Person #1 was approximately 75 yards away from the home, there were 2 Preschoolers and a toddler alone in the home for approximately 5 minutes. Correction Required: The legal entity must arrange for all facility staff to receive a minimum of two hours of training regarding supervision of children. The legal entity must receive DHS approval of the training content prior to scheduling the training. |
