I'm working on getting this place reported to the BBB for Discrimination against black families, asain families, Hispanic families, and Native American families. This facility only serves white/Caucasian families only. This place does not serve black families. I have been trying to get them to help me for months and they refused to serve me because I'm not Caucasian. I feel that this establishment has treated me very poorly and instead of telling me they are at full capacity, they just ignore phone calls, texts, emails, etc. I wouldn't reach out if I didn't need the help. I did need the help and they refused to help me. I have witnesses from other black and Hispanic families who have stated that this facility refused to help them as well. You might as well put a sign up that reads: "White Families Only" because that's the only families you all choose to help and serve.
