Description: Our newest center opened in 2003 in Richmond’s Churchill community. The center is named for the Rev. Dr. Robert L. Taylor, pastor emeritus of Fourth Baptist Church, the first black Baptist Church in Churchill and one of Richmond’s oldest African American congregations. Dr. Taylor is known for his civil rights work in establishing interracial ministeral alliances in Richmond.

Something is definitely wrong with this place, none of us are getting paid and we have been getting the run around when it comes to getting our money, it's Xmas time and we work hard to take care of your children so why isn't anyone getting paid when this is a gov funded agency? People have been walking out because we haven't been paid so do NOT send your kids to this place because 9 times out of 10 there will be no one there to watch them being as people are quitting and have quit because they won't pay us 12/17/16,
