About the Provider
The Robert and Adele Schiff Early Learning Center II is a single preschool classroom located in a beautifully renovated row house in the Lower Price Hill Community. The location opened in the late fall of 2014 and is part of the Robert and Adele Schiff Early Learning Center located across the street in the Oyler School.
We hold a 4-Star rating from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Step Up to Quality. The center offers a strong educational program in an environment reflective of the qualities of home for children ages 3 to 5 years.
Our center serves children and families from Lower Price Hill and the surrounding areas. CELC and its centers are part of the United Way and the agency contracts with the Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services and the Ohio Department of Education to provide services to families who qualify for assistance based on their income.
