My child has been enrolled at this location for a little over a month. On Friday 7/30/21 I received a call from the director stating that one of the staff who works with the infants tested positive for COVID. Granted, I do not blame the staff for coming in contact with COVID, however I do blame the staff and the director for not ensuring proper protocol is followed at all times. There have been multiple occasions in which I pick up my child and the staff has their masks down underneath their chin. In this moment I feel like the director didn't show any concern for the well being of my child and their main concern was that the infant center was going to have to shut down for 2-3 weeks. I feel like the director tried to place blame on me as a parent saying that "I should've said something". I'm entrusting you to make sure my child is properly cared for. My child is very young, and due to that fact I was terrified to know that my child could've been potentially exposed to COVID due to staff negligence. Protocol needs to be regularly enforced with or without the director's presence.
