Caroline and her daughter are both very unprofessional and not capable of taking care of my children. They both are constantly giving you their resumes and letting you know how long they have been in the business. To be honest, their actions say something totally different and I should be able to see your professionalism and experience, without being reminded of it. Neither answers questions very well and actually act upset that you are asking them things like: How many people are CPR certified? What type of activities are included in age ranged curriculum? They would rather tell you what the state of Florida requires and not what THEY have. Very shady and cheap for a reason. Their reviews are not great by DCF either.
