This facility employs rude people. We've had an issue with one of the workers ( Jeannette Simms) who is constantly harassing my 5 year old who's autist because he likes to play by the sidewalk. She takes pictures of him without consent and laughs when we explain that he is autistic and seeking sensory input. When we told her she ought to be ashamed of herself for treating children that way given that she works with them, she drove off laughing. When I addressed the situation with Rose from the main office, she began to talk over me and then hung up on me when I asked if I could finish talking. I have heard of horrible things from this facility from actual parents who've had their children there and unfortunately my child has had to experience it as well. Working with children requires kindness, empathy, and patience and these individuals have none of it. It does not matter if I am not a parent who is a part of that School, you do not treat other people's children that way, let alone a child with special needs, and you do not hang up on a parent who is expressing their concerns.
