We used Rebekah for 3 weeks. During this time, she attempted to diagnose our daughter as being developmentally delayed, including being behind on her speech and not being able to fully dress herself. My daughter was 2.5 years old and birth to 3 laughed at her "diagnosis". Rebekah's two daughters are in her care during daycare hours so keep that in mind too.
After all the red flags started waving, we pulled our daughter and could not have made a better decision. Don't make our same mistake!
i had to give a one star rating but i would not have given a rating at all. I attended a tour with this provider and her husband not only was useless in the meeting but he made me feel really uncomfortable with his demeanor. My 18 mo old son would not even get off my hip when i attempted to put him down. Rebekah seemed very disorganized, refused to show me the outside play area but went on to say that she is not responsible to be outside when the children are at play. THAT alone, made me feel some way and I knew that was NOT the place for my child. The home has a very cold, stagnant feeling to it as if no one has lived there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND her care for animals let alone children.
This is not a place you will feel fully comfortable leaving your child(ren). Rebekah often shows visible frustration with the children left in her care. She and her husband, Nick, attempt to self diagnose issues that are simply not issues. The husband makes the children (and parents!) very uncomfortable with his off comments and odd behavior. Stated politely - do not attend this daycare.
