I have not witnessed any staff hitting children. I would not leave my children somewhere like that.
My child attended this center would not recommend you to send your child toddler teacher hits children. I witnessed this on 2 occasions the first time during the summer with the children outside the 2nd time while picking up my child . I think the owner needs to train toddler staff better . The teacher is currently still employed with company. Owner needs to train staff . Would not recommend anyone sending their baby there if baby can’t talk and tell .
My child attended this day care center for almost a year its sad to say I removed my child after 2 different cases of child neglect and abuse I saw in the toddler classroom. The first case of abuse was something that I saw while driving past the center back in the summertime 2018 I witnessed a toddler teacher pushing a child to the ground outside, I figured maybe I was mistaken and I continued to bring my child to the center . Case number 2 of child abuse/ neglect I was picking up my child in the afternoon and I witnessed the same teacher pulling a child yelling and using an inappropriate tone/language to the child the child started crying and teacher told the child to shut up and slammed the child back down. So I just stopped bringing my child because I noticed that the STAFF seems to mistreat children. My other concern was very disturbing because I ran into a parent who also took her child out for like reason this mom stated that her children had attended the center for years but the change in the staff and the up keep of her baby made her remove her child.Im very disappointed with the center I pray the abusive staff working with the toddlers is removed before a child ends up hurt. I think the school has lots of potential if the owner gets different staff, because I also have seen some very nice staff people and I have seen some teachers that really take care and threat the children nice. But its never ok for a staff person to push shove and yell at a INNOCENT baby.
My child attended this facility for two years. I would recommend this school to everyone who want their child to get a head start on learning. Though the staff may change the teaching still goes on. Everyone there cares about my child and every child I see them deal with. EVERYONE HAS TO FOLLOW RULES THAT INCLUDES US PARENTS!
I have worked at this center. To my surprise I personally witness a teacher who is still working at this center with toddlers, hitting and cursing the children ages 2 - 3 years old. They make the children sleep after lunch from 12noon until 4 pm. If they awake they're screamed at and told to lay back down. The majority of the time the teachers are on their cell phones. As a mandated reporter, I reported this to the owner nothing was done, eventually, I had to leave. Do not send your babies here. Please!
I have work in this facility for over 2 years and I'm a witness to everything that goes on. The staff in the center is very well educated and teaching the children from Early Head Start, Preschool, and GSRP classes foreign language. They know more than most children that attend regular school knows. These teachers strive to educate and they take very good care of the children. They even have a chef to cook them healthy meals and snacks. I recommend this school for children and parents who is ready for their children to learn how to be independent as in feeding themselves, going to the bathroom, brushing their teeth knowing their abc's, days of the week, months of the year, etc.
Ready 2 Learn looks like a great center but inside is a zoo. The staff are horrible. My child came home telling me her teacher twisted her arm back and when I looked she had red bruise on wrist. So I removed her. When I confronted them they didnt even know what I was talking about and didn't even have incident report or anything about a bruise being put on my child. I dont recommend no one enrolling there child. I heard licensing came out to investigate and will still continue. That place is horrible. I wouldn't send anyone there. They need to be shut down. Every time there's new staff it just have to be something going on there why every month or so is new staff. Really do your research before going into it.
Ready 2 Learn Childcare Center is an excellent childcare facility. The staff posseses great leadership skills and they are patient. As a parent I would recommend this childcare facility to other parents. My son will be attending the GSRP program this fall.
