Welcome to the Reaching Our Communities’ Kids, [R.O.C.K.]. R.O.C.K. is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) company. We have been certified to provide before and after-school programs and summer camps in Baltimore County. We are also certified by the State of Maryland to provide childcare.

Here at R.O.C.K., we go beyond just taking care of children. We strive to work with children to grow and develop to become independent thinkers and doers. At R.O.C.K., we believe that it is important to take daily take care of each other locally while daily preparing ourselves socially, emotionally and physically for world-wide challenges.

Program shall submit a release to OCC as soon as possible and in the meantime staff member C.T. can not be left unattended with the children in care until all clearances have been made.
