To read these reviews on this daycare after having the exact same experience is very mind boggling. Lisa Collins is very unprofessional and money hungry it's sad to actually run a place where young child are yet not having any interest in the profession is werid. She needs to to be shut down with these gloomy ragadey a** daycares care she runs. Very unorganized which tells a lot about her as a person and if she is this way I can only image what the staff is like under her management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAYCARE!!!!!

Ive never Attended the daycare but my kids Grandmother works here. Ms. Muhammad!! She has 3 grandkids ages 4 3 2 whom she's only seen twice Ever!!! If she doesn't chevk up and make sure the well being of her offspring are okay, u think she care about your loved one. Noooo Hood luck to you all though

Reach for the stars is one of the worst daycare I’ve ever encountered. Administration is very nonchalant of employees but shows favoritism to certain ones. The owner Lisa Collins is very deceiving and lowdown. She pretends to be this caring nice individual when she talks about everybody behind their backs and cheats you out of everything you work for. She loves drama especially arguing with parents and seeing troubles amongst the staff. She’s very unprofessional and try so hard to be someone’s she’s not. Employees are never paid on time also she holds back checks for a month. Your first month you basically work for free while she pocket your money and say ACTION FOR CHILDREN are behind in payments. She does what she wants and pay you when she wants too. She wants you too volunteer before getting on payroll. Payroll is all over the place. She blames ACTON FOR CHILDREN for the way we are paid. In reality she’s the reason for all the inconveniences employees suffer. Some employees receives two weeks worth of pay while others receives three. I don’t understand why when action of children funds us, which means we should be paid on time and on the same scheduled pay periods. In addition to the payroll BS you have to wait 2-3 days after the scheduled pay dates for your check too deposit into your account, or if her (Bogus) payroll accountant doesn’t do direct deposit that week you want get paid until that Friday when Lisa brings the pay checks that’s goes to her post box. So that’s two weeks in a half to three weeks for every pay check. She’s a total fraud and doesn’t properly conduct business in addition she’s a great con artist and a manipulator. She doesn’t care about anything concerning the employees or children of the school. It’s all about herself and who will help benefit her in any way possible. Employees never stick around nor do kids. She doesn’t care to let people go and she very unappreciative of peoples hard work and time invested either. Too show how much she cares about employees, she brags on how she can replace teachers assistants because they are so easy to find. She doesn’t value people’s time or patience and surely doesn’t care to build long term relationships with employees or clients, long as the center is being
occupied with both she really doesn’t care who stick around. She’s not a women of business she’s a low life money hungry women who shouldn’t be in the child care field. She doesn’t show compassion for children at all and give parents a really hard time. She raises her prices of the day cares services but doesn’t ensure children are receiving everything they need. Parents often talk to Teachers about the cost and problems of the daycare but administration doesn’t want us too talk to parents, but If we’re all telling the truth it shouldn’t be a problem right? On the bright side the babies are good and I did grow healthy bonds with them as well as the parents. Far as business stay away from Reach for the stars and anything the owner LISA is affiliated with. Reach for the stars can not help defend you in the real world you will be out of a home and a car. I am a living witness of it all. My rent and bills fell behind and no official car dealer would lease or finance me a vehicle. Kia, Nissan, Chevy all told me something was wrong with my check stubs and found other reason not too pursue me because the company Reach for the stars. Do not trust Lisa and her company. You will be wrapped up in all her nonsense that she continues to keep on the low and lie about when confronted. For everything you ask Lisa she has this essay long good excuse that doesn’t sound logic at all, but she do what she wants so she has a mental belief that she’s always right even when she dead wrong. She’s not flexible when it comes to other people she strictly wants what’s best for herself only. To top it off she’s a horrible decision maker and is very sloppy with how she handles things but, she want see an error because she feels she always right and will even explain to you all this BS and the procedure she used. Lisa greatly mistake her personal opinion for the truth and what’s right. This lady will manipulate you into thinking her opinion are legal laws, this how much she believes her own lies and BS. By all means Stay away from this lowdown, lair, cheat, ghetto, unprofessional, deceptive, manipulating, disgusting, rotted brain, brainwashing, degrading a** women. Her business is only good a little experience. She greatly took advantage of me. I worked for this lady 9-6 Monday through Friday and always stayed over if needed and recently began working Saturdays for cash which she cheated me again. We agreed to $100 cash for every Saturday I worked and just last week she paid me $50 for working 10 hours to babysit one child. I worked from 6 AM almost up too 4 PM. It was last min when she asked me so I did settle for it so the parent wouldn’t have to be inconvenienced, but it goes to show how she will lowball you and what she’ll make you settle for. Also in addition to your position as a teacher or assistant you will be a cook and a dishwasher too. You will definitely be overworked to get so little in return. Avoid this place and look for a better place to be. This day care is unfit for good employees and good parents with healthy children.

I would not recommend this daycare. They are unprofessional, and unorganized.. every time I have walked in that daycare it's 4 or 5 babies screaming . they are understaffed for the amount of infants they have .. my babies eyes was as swallowing when I picked him up, from all the crying . they make comments like your baby cries a lot ,you must sit and hold him all day .. that make a parent feel really bad. And on top of that every since he's been in this daycare, he stays sick with some kind of virus ear infections or cold.. its paper work that was suppose to be filled out when he first started , and still hasn't been completed. It's been over 4 months .. I beg you to please don't send your baby to this daycare.
