Description: We of Ranch Hills are fortunate to live and work within a community rich in history and culture. From the early Shoshonis and “Gabrielenos†to the Spanish Ranchos, Phillips Ranch was alive with activity. After serving as ranch administrator for two years, Louis Phillips purchased the 12,000 acre Rancho San Jose de Abajo from Isaac Schlesinger and Hyman Tichler who, in 1864, secured the land deed from Don Ricardo Vejar. Phillips Ranch prospered, particularly with a rail line connected through to Spadra.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
