Description: The City of Troy Recreation Department’s Rainbow program is designed to enhance interaction through play and provide a learning experience for the children.
Our goal is to keep the children happy, active and involved in a program of self-help skills and responsible behavior. Our 4-5 year classes, while continuing socialization skills, also will be present pre-kindergarten readiness skills in numerous fun filled activities.
It has been our experience that our program is most successful when the parents are enthusiastically and wholeheartedly supportive of their child’s learning process.
