About the Provider

There’s so much that sets us apart from other child care and early education providers. For starters, we know that the quality of the relationships that we form and the service that we provide will ultimately transform the lives of those we touch. That is why we take care to treat each family member as our own.
We understand what families are looking for when one or both parents work. We operate our centers as if our own children were enrolled…and many of them are! In short, everything we do revolves around family – yours and ours. That’s why we’ve invested in state-of-the-art security systems. One way we give you greater peace of mind is by providing access for you to see your child online, anytime, from anywhere in the world. For many of our parents, our Parent Internet Monitoring system is their favorite Lightbridge difference.
As you learn more about our curriculum, you’ll learn how we create “The Lightbridge Advantage.” Our comprehensive early education programs focus entirely on the needs of the individual child; learning your child’s strengths, we build on them with stimulating, hands-on learning activities and lots of positive reinforcement. Infant through Kindergarten age children experience a nurturing “home-away-from-home” atmosphere utilizing Seedlings Early Childhood Education Programs®; a New Jersey state-approved early learning program. In your tuition are enrichment programs, including American Sign Language, Spanish, Reading Readiness and Musical Beginnings®. All of this, coupled with positive attitudes and one-on-one interactions with teachers, encourage children to reach their full cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative potential.
Our facilities are state-of-the-art, clean and “green”. Classrooms are big and bright, and designed to be developmentally appropriate for the age group that uses it; most with child-sized potties and sinks to ensure that teachers remain in the classroom and in ratio at all times. Days are filled with a healthy dose of exercise on large outdoor playgrounds. Some centers feature super safe indoor gyms with all kinds of equipment to climb through and jump on.
Our educators are not only warm and nurturing, they’re all CPR and First Aid certified. What’s more, we exceed the state requirements for teacher certification and every center operates at or better than the NJ state child/teacher ratio requirements. And we do our absolute best to ensure our employees stay with us. Our extensive employee benefits package is highly unusual in the child care industry and includes a 401K, health benefits, employee discounts for child care and incentive bonus plans for attendance, longevity and performance. These benefits all help to ensure your child receives the advantage of continuity of care.
