this place is horrible. Have picked my child up from this daycare on multiple occasions and she had the same diaper I dropped her off in. Brought the issue to the director's attention, left work early as to not come at normal pick up time and my child had the same diaper on AGAIN. This has not been the only issue, my child was bitten at this place multiple times and I received a phone call ONCE when the bite mark was on my daughter's face. Other bites I wouldn't even hear about or receive an incident report, I would see bite marks when I would bathe my child. Another incident that this daycare seemed to think was acceptable, my child was eating dirt and the employees didn't bother even picking the mulch out of my child's mouth, let alone wipe her face. The father of my child even heard an employee telling a child that she would "pop" him. Who knows what's happening the rest of the time if this stuff is common practice for a daycare. To not change a child's diaper ALL DAY is extremely upsetting, the fact that I have to pay someone AND have to ask them to do their job and they still cannot is unacceptable.
