| Findings: The Surveyor arrived at the facility at 9:58 am and informed the front office staff the surveyor needed access to the preschool classroom to conduct an unannounced inspection. The front office staff called the preschool room and then told the Surveyor to have a seat and wait. The Surveyor stated they needed immediate access to the preschool. The staff member stated the school does not allow visitors at this time and the surveyor needed to wait for the Community Education Liaison to arrive. At 10:10 am, the Principal told the Surveyor they could access the preschool room; at 10:27 am the Community Education Liaison arrived at the facility. | |||
