The negligence and failure to take accountability from this place is horrific. As a parent please be informed that this place is not transparent and incompetent.
Stop deleting reviews! It's already ALL OVER social media how a small child was able to leave the facility due to the negligence of your staff. Deleting the reviews only makes your case worse. I pray God watches over every baby in your care because clearly y'all aren't watching them. This place needs to be shut down, and the parents should be refunded - at the very least!
Sooo, I went to get a haircut this morning and while i was waiting outside in my car, I see this little girl come out from behind a building (Prosperity learning center)by her self and i thought maybe an adult was with her. Well, no one else came behind her but the baby. She sprints off towards the main road so i immediately get off my car and grabbed her. A good 5-10mins pass by and no one is even looking for her so i call baytown police and while i am on the phone a day care worker comes out looking for her. So aparently she got out of the daycare play yard. She took the baby and after i was done talking to the police the manager came out and seened disapointed i contacted the police. When i left the hair cut place i drove around and the play yard still had the gate unlocked…. Keep in mind baker rd is full of traffic!! This is why my baby will not go to daycare!!
I have toured this daycare Center , I find that it is one of the best daycare Centers I have had the pleasure of visiting. Clean, colorful, the. Holden all looked happy and the Staff were cordial, professional and masked at all times. I know the Director personally. You will not find a more direct, driven professional. This Director has children in her soul. She is Master Degreed in Education. Not only is she professional but you can tell she cares about her staff as well as the children and their parents. If you want a safe , clean Happy place for your child. Check them out. You will ge glad you did.
